Pocket Windows
Why the little daily investments in movement and nourishment matter more than we think—for the body we have now, and the one we’ll live in later.
Well, hello there. Welcome to the guesthouse. On my Substack and Annapurna Living. I’m taking my walk and I wanted to sort of piggyback onto my last post with this concept of finding ways to connect your body and nourish your body and strengthen your body that can be woven into your life. And that’s one of the reasons I showed you those videos—to show you that I just find what my trainer Constance calls pocket windows in my day. And sometimes I’m much more structured and I have gym time or allotted time, but I think having these little concepts in your mind doesn’t have to be hard, because I think one of the things that I used to feel, because I have worked out really hard in my life, is that if it’s not a full-on workout, then somehow it’s not worth it. But the little tiny things make a huge difference.
